Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
